About the Role: At Kimberly-Clark we have an opportunity to search for a Head of eCommerce to build and execute the eCommerce strategy across Australia and New Zealand for Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP). Reporting to the Global Director of eCommerce, this is a full-time position based in our Milsons Point office.

Priorities & responsibilities include: Function as the eCommerce expert and business leader for KCP’s eCommerce strategic business plan in Australia; Build trust with other leaders and play a pivotal role in shifting business practices and structure to meet the evolving B2B needs in eCommerce; Manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including strategic planning, resource investment, innovation, content strategy, and online marketing; Develop a long-range plan to evolve eCommerce assortment that optimizes packaging and minimizes gaps in online assortment; Oversee the development of revised content including SKU-level attributes, product detail page improvements, images, videos and rich content, and other best practices to improve conversion; Work with key stakeholders to evolve the B2B pricing strategy to ensure transparency, competitiveness, and ease of doing business; Develop a technology and organizational road map based on long-term B2B eCommerce trends; communicate project plans to leaders that track key milestones, deliverables, progress, and performance metrics; Collaborate with a cross-functional team with skills in data analytics, marketing, sales, product management, and technology platforms to drive share and sales acceleration; and Influence the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, and the checkout funnel. About You: Bachelor’s degree, and experience in a similar Head of eCommerce role, with demonstrated experience with merchandising, category management, or sales; Proven track record and experience, ideally in B2B businesses and B2B eCommerce; Experience in successfully developing and executing an effective sales strategy in order to drive growth; Creative thinker and problem solver who can manage the details without losing sight of the goal; Well organized, with a track record of handling multiple tasks and projects at a time, prioritizing workload effectively and thriving in a dynamic and complex environment; Strategic thinker with.
