The Role: The Leadership & Capability Team are seeking a Culture, Inclusion & Engagement Consultant to join our high performing People Team. Reporting into the Culture, Inclusion & Engagement Manager, you will be supported by a close-knit and collaborative People team and receive strong business support to deliver on strategic initiatives.

Within your role you be responsible for building capability within the organisation through supporting in the design and implementation of strategic initiatives focused on Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Experience & Engagement and Building & Supporting the Organisational Culture. Accountabilities include: Supporting the delivery of the Diversity & Inclusion agenda for the organisation Supporting the completion of WGEA reporting and Employer of Choice citation requirements Measuring progress on implemented Diversity & Inclusion initiatives Executing processes for monitoring and measuring employee sentiment and engagement in the organisation Implementing organisation-wide solutions to drive engagement within the organisation and collaborate with the wider People team on specific activities Implementing activities to reinforce our Values and Behaviours in everything we do Delivering the new starter employee experience and all supporting tools, resources and processes Wit.
