The Role: The Leadership & Capability Team are seeking a Culture, Inclusion & Engagement Consultant to join our high performing People Team. Reporting into the Culture, Inclusion & Engagement Manager, you will be supported by a close-knit and collaborative People team and receive strong business support to deliver on strategic initiatives.
Within your role you be responsible for building capability within the organisation through supporting in the design and implementation of strategic initiatives focused on Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Experience & Engagement and Building & Supporting the Organisational Culture.
