What will your typical day look like? As a member of the Risk Transformation team based in either Sydney or Melbourne, you will work with risk specialists across the firm while directly supporting multiple business risk teams Your day to day will be varied and will involve supporting the firm with initiatives to promote risk intelligence and nurture a quality culture, including our quality review program, high-risk engagement reporting and continuous monitoring activities. You will also help identify and implement process improvements across existing reporting and monitoring activities and play a role in driving consistency.

About the team Our Quality & Risk team are experienced professionals who provide risk advice to Deloitte's practitioners and leadership. We help teams navigate through any ethical / professional uncertainties by assisting them analyse and manage their risks on their client engagements.

You will be reporting to the Risk Transformation team, which is based across Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, and who support the Deloitte business nationally. This friendly group with a wealth of experience are respected by the business, having developed great rapport through supporting the achievement of their commercial objectives. This is a team where there will be opportunity to get involved and continue to develop.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you First and foremost, you are passionate about using data to drive continuous improvement across business processes. To facilitate this, you are someone with: Experience using data (in Excel or dashboards) to support monitoring activities A desire to challenge the status-quo, proactively seeking opportunities to implement process improvements. Good attention to detail and a passion for process excellence, enabling you to prepare accurate reporting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling you to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations and conduct interviews to capture stakeholder insights. Ability to build productive relationships with business stakeholders and work collaboratively with others The ability to manage multiple projects and demands on a day-to-day basis, delivering outcomes to support the risk team and the business. Ideally, you will also have the following skills: Business analysis experience in a similar role involving process improvement / process re-engine.
