Global Service Owner - Mobility and Print Services

In this Director level role, you will lead a global team of Mobility and Print functional teams across Macquarie with a focus on customer obsession. You will bring your technology leadership and mobility experience to evolve the strategy, be accountable for the delivery of the strategic programs and the operational landscape, and work with stakeholders across the breadth of our business to deliver a flawless technology experience.
There will also be the need to provide oversight and leadership to the print services function. The key products covered by this team include mobile operating systems (iOS and Android), mobile devices such as iPhones and Samsung, MDM solutions such as Workspace one, MacOS and potentially ChromeOS. Managing this platform requires you to bring a mindset that is focused on our stakeholders, champions a delivery culture, can identify and implement automation opportunities, effectively manage risk, understand the importance of operational excellence, and a commercial focus.
Your key responsibilities will be to: actively engage with stakeholders champion the service to different business units develop product and service roadmaps deliver strategic roadmap projects and operational improvements work with the extended Leadership team drive proactive, automated and self-service platform systems management manage relationships with our Service Providers & Vendor partners lead a high-performance global team.
