Portfolio Centre Manager



The Role: Reporting into the General Manager of Property Management, as the Portfolio Centre Manager you will be responsible to strategically lead and oversee the property network of the trading business to ensure the optimum commercial outcome for the business. Key responsibilities and abilities: Ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities offering commercial viability and benefit to the organisation. Highly developed management and leadership skills proven to deal effectively across multiple projects each with a number of constituent stakeholders.

Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills to achieve results and productive relations Exposure to the retail management and property management Knowledge of the property market including an understanding of the issues that exist for both Landlord and Tenant Solid Commercial acumen, including the ability to identify and target opportunities that are financially viable and ensure market benefit to the organisation Experience in presenting proposals in a clear, simple written and oral form, with sound economic justification Accountability for the teams outcome The ability to establish and grow strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders The successful candidate will ideally have the following attributes: Experience as a Shopping Centre Manager Business, planning and financial skills, including the ability to develop budgets and manage resources Desire to succeed in a competitive environment Customer focus attitude to ensure optimum service to retail operations. Strong strategic planning and problem solving skills Innovation/Improvement Engagement/Influence - as a member of the leadership team must have an ability to persuade, influence and make things happen. Energy/Passion (Charisma/Presence) - Displays the necessary behaviours of a leader, whilst always challenging themselves, their teams and the wider business to find ways to improve.
