Your team Avaloq Australia Services Organization is responsible for being a trusted advisor to our clients on their Avaloq related initiatives. We are looking for people who are driven and ambitious, who can lead from the front and deliver on objectives.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to influence and contribute to the ongoing success of Avaloq Australia. Your mission Achieve defined objectives of the projects (scope, quality, time, budget, reporting, project staffing including both Avaloq group and external partners and post project reviews). Create contingency, risk management plan and work breakdown structure Develop and monitor project budget Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close medium size projects (e.
g sales and implementation of new functionalities and modules or consulting) Lead and direct medium sized project teams Uphold and enforce defined project mgmt. methodology, processes and reporting progress Represent project in governance bodies Ensure interaction between relevant stakeholders and manage conflicts and expectations Lead and manage change Initiate corrective actions where required (manage risk) What you need Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution, preferably a Masters' qualification, specializing in Banking related disciplines At least 8 years of relevant working experience High EQ to engage/mange Senior Stakeholders well Strong communicator and can articulate well.
