Responsibilities â€¢ Manage and oversee the engineering team â€¢ Responsible for hiring, mentoring and development of our team of engineers to grow a high-performance engineering organization â€¢ Collaborate with product & technology teams to deliver major initiatives that drive our customer growth â€¢ Guide engineering technical strategy and roadmaps â€¢ Commitment to high code quality and delivery requirements â€¢ This job role is located in Singapore Requirements â€¢ Strong technical credentials, with 4 years leading or managing a team â€¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven technical leadership. â€¢ Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities. â€¢ Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment.
â€¢ Ability to coach and mentor team members in their professional development â€¢ Hands-on experience working in cloud platform like AWS, GCP â€¢ Experience with hiring and building self-sustaining teams â€¢ Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent. Preferred â€¢ Hands-on experience in Node.JS, Docker, Kubernetes â€¢ Good knowledge in SRE and DevOps â€¢ Master or Ph.
