Underground Truck Operator - Experienced
Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) is currently seeking an Experienced Underground Truck Operator/Nipper to join the Underground Mining Department for the Mt Charlotte operation in Kalgoorlie. KCGM is a joint venture between Newmont Australia and Barrick Gold Corporation. This is a residential role on a 5:2/4:3 roster, working 10 hour shifts (5:2 - days, 4:3 - nights).
This position will see you operating a variety of mobile plant, establishing and maintaining underground services, as well as providing generic labouring assistance and nippering, to ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently. Requirements Minimum two (2) years experience operating Underground Trucks ( Atlas MT5010 preferred ) Experience as a Nipper essential Exposure to the operation of Integrated Tool Carriers Dangerous Goods Security Card Must reside locally within the Goldfields region National Police Clearance (valid within the last 12 months) Current unencumbered Western Australian "MR" or "HR" Class Drivers Licence.
