We are seeking a super star Registered Nurse who has a genuine desire to manage two of South Australia’s most impressive community disability supported accommodation and to lead a team of talented and committed individuals to provide a superior level of care to our clients. You will be a Registered Nurse who understands the importance of strong communication skills and possesses the natural ability to lead and engage a team of Registered Nurses and Support Workers. Ideally, you will also have relevant experience working with a variety of physical disabilities and understand the complexities of the role and challenges faced by your team. Additionally, you will possess the genuine desire to engage in a team environment in order to support our clients and build a sustainable career.

To be successful in this role you must have the following: Degree in Nursing and current AHPRA Registration 4-5 years Post Graduate experience Experience in an acute care setting Experience in a community setting An understanding of the needs associated with Spinal Cord Injury and Brain Injury A working knowledge of supporting individuals who have airway management requirements An appreciation of Positive Behaviour Support Plans and SACAT orders Strong commitment to evidenced based policy and procedure.
