Workplace Relations Advisor



The position: Providing ongoing relevant policy advise to the site leadership group Managing high volume cases regarding safety incidents, misconduct and breaches of operational procedures. First point of contact for HR related enquiries Manage Workers Comp and RTW responsibilities Assist in managing IR/ER issues General HR Administration duties such as drafting contracts and managing confidential files Other ad-hoc duties as requested by management Supporting management regarding discussions about formal and infromal disputes with staff The candidate: HR tertiary qualifications, business or law Must have WHS/RTW experience Knowledge and experience in Workplace Relations or Human Resource in an industrial environment Previous experience in a blue collar environment will be highly regarded Proven ability to positively provide support to staff and managers Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be an organised individual Strong stakeholder management experience Excellent communication skills Highly professional, can-do attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well autonomously and in a team To apply online please click on the appropriate link below and send your resume in WORD format.
