Human Resources & Compliance Manager

Whilst supplying high quality products, they support this with impeccable service. Due to recent growth and forward planning, an opportunity for a HR & Compliance Manager has become available.

The Position Reporting to both Directors, the key purpose of this role is to be responsible however not limited to: Project management and compliance consisting of analysis, development and implementation of projects HR duties consisting of performance reviews, management, employee record management, training plans, recruiting, terminations, counselling, oversee payroll for Australia and NZ Manage incident reports and investigation process for Australia and NZ OH&S management and collaboration with line managers Develop quick reference guides in consultation with key personnel Risk Management for Australia and NZ involving assessment of incidents, new processes, new equipment, development and implementation of risk control measures Ensure all activities on NOTEC (National Osh Training and Event Calendar) register are completed and requirements updated as per law Perform audits of NOTEC on performance by designated individuals and manage weekly performance updates Perform site inductions Manage all WorkCover related duties such as notification if incidents, completion of relevant paperwork for WorkCover and ACC (NZ), return to work plans, liaise with Worksafe and Workcover provider regarding certificates of capacity. Responsible for emergency and evacuation procedures and that they meet legal standards ADHOC duties as directed by Directors The Person Degree qualified in either Human Resources or Management or Safety, you will have previous exposure to a role focusing on a mix of HR and compliance. You will have comprehensive understanding or personnel, WorkCover and OH&S laws for Australia and NZ.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be confident and comfortable building relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders. A self-motivator you will also possess effective risk assessment skills along with problem solving strategies.
