Internal Communications Advisor - Leading Global Organisation
Our client, a leading Global Services Organisation, is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to develop and implement communication strategies, including writing engaging and creative communication materials. You will work closely with the Leadership and Management teams and will provide expert communications and engagement advice to all leaders, management and staff. The position will involve developing Internal Relationships with the Senior Leadership Team, Corporate Affairs Team and Communication champions across the business. It will also involve developing relations with Community Partners, Government Departments and Third Party Stakeholders. Description The main duties of the role are as follows: Preparation of internal eNewsletter Content development and distribution for intranet and social media platforms Manage & coordinate media enquiries, ministerial requests, parliamentary questions etc Develop & deliver communication campaigns throughout the year Event planning Monthly reporting obligations Coordinating and implementing the annual sponsorship program This is a brand new position so you can really make the role your own.
My client is seeking a candidate who is able to work very well independently and who has valuable END to END internal communications experience. Profile To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills and experience: minimum 5 years experience in an END TO END role within corporate communications, corporate affairs or stakeholder relations role. Having hands-on, END to END experience is key experience working within a fast paced and complex environment proven experience in building rapport and influencing senior stakeholders proven ability to provide high-level communications support superior business writing and communication skills advanced IT skills including MS Office, Adobe, Photoshop and SharePoint advanced knowledge of social media and new media technologies a tertiary qualification in PR/Communications/Marketing hands-on experience in research, information gathering and analysis Job Offer Excellent remuneration package Full-time position Excellent long term prospects.
