Customer Service Officer

Description You will be reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and working as part of a team, your duties will include but are not limited to: Handling phone calls from customers in relation to product and service inquiries Liaising with accounts in regarding order status, deliveries and invoicing Ability to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customer complaints Going the "extra mile" to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met Directing requests or unresolved concerns to appropriate departments Profile To be considered for the role you will need to possess the following: Minimum 2 years' experience with a customer service background Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Suite SAP experience advantageous Ability to be technical minded and problem solver Job Offer If you believe you have the skills and experience required to succeed within this varied role within an established organisation, please submit your application, preferably in WORD format and contact Stephanie Welser at stephanie.welseradecco.
