HR Technology Platforms Director The role of the Technology Platforms Director is to work in partnership with the HR divisional leadership to deliver outcomes in support of the HR strategy. You will bring your experience of HR technology strategy and delivery to evolve and manage the Human Resources Technology portfolio in line with the Human Resources strategy, working in a fast-paced customer-obsessed environment. Collaboration with the HR team, other Technology teams, business management teams and vendors will be key to ensuring value is delivered to your customers.
You'll also have proven skills in Account Management and/or Service Delivery and come from an experienced Technology leadership background. As the Human Resources Technology Account Manager, you will be accountable for developing the Human Resources Technology strategy and architecture roadmap delivery of the technology components of projects managing and optimising support and operations, ensuring platforms are stable and performing to meet business requirements developing strong relationships with key business stakeholders managing and developing the team of Technology professionals across Sydney and Manila, including capacity planning and project delivery managing Technology vendors in line with Macquarie Supplier Governance Policy ensuring all Technology standards are met across the HR Technology portfolio, including patching, resilience and obsolescence driving the risk culture in the HR Technology and HR teams, including managing risk and tracking all risk deliverables, while minimising risk in the HR Technology portfolio sponsoring a culture of customer obsession, innovation and delivery. It will be important that you can bring the following: strong communication and influencing skills experience in running and delivering Technology projects using both agile/traditional methods subject matter expertise in enterprise level HR technology platforms experience in running a DevOps team mentoring and team leader experience understanding of risk management process and the ability to remediate or mitigate against key business risks.
