45 hours from Melbourne in an area full of beaches, forests and wildlife. Our area is not a metropolis, though Melbourne is easily reachable. You need to have the following attributes: Minimum 5 years experience in field, 2 in managerial positions Ability to maintain composure for yourself and your staff in high stress situation Focus on customers Experience in rostering, including costed rosters Experience in training staff, including preparing training programs Food & Wine knowledge Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred Your responsibilities will include: Working in tandem with our other restaurant manager Staff management Implementation of incentive programs Liason between staff and management/owners Research/implementation of staff training outside of venue Wine menu creation/costing.
