To complete our new-look talent team, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Advisor based in Adelaide, Melbourne or Bendigo. You will have considerable experience as a senior recruiter/talent acquisition specialist within a complex, commercial environment . This experience may not necessarily be in-house recruitment - agency and RPO exposure is also useful.

You will be recognised as a high performer and be able to demonstrate significant positive impact for your client groups. We will be keen to understand your approach to strategic sourcing, candidate management and stakeholder engagement, your views on how technology should be integrated with recruitment processes and how to measure the value and success of your work. As one of six Senior Recruitment Advisors, you will work closely with all People and Culture teams, your business group and your team manager to deliver on recruitment strategies, campaigns and individual roles.

Your focus will be on delivering a recruitment capability that enables us to attract and acquire the core capabilities needed for the ongoing success of the Bank. While your primary deliverable will be to personally deliver high quality recruitment solutions for current and short term business requirements, you will also partner with the Business Delivery and Organisational Capability teams to implement workforce planning strategies to meet future talent requirements. You will also be closely involved in the articulation of our employee value proposition, and bringing this to life through your work and how you (we) do it.
