Permanent position CBD fringe location Account Manager Up to $65K including super My client is a fast growing player in the financial services industry with a wide range of international and enterprise customers. In this role, you will be at the heart of the relationships with their customers and use your excellent customer service skills to maintain and deepen these ties. You will address administrative and technical support requests to troubleshoot arising problems and ensure efficient resolutions.
Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills Great customer service skills Works well in a team, yet also self-motivated Has attention to detail; operates with a high degree of accuracy Highly organised, ability to multi task with multiple objectives and projects Positive, determined and enthusiastic Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn quickly quickly in a fast paced environment A high degree of flexibility and adaptability Proficient in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT If you have previous experience working in a bank or financial services, that would be a big bonus (There is no sales aspect to this role).
