The Role: Reporting to the Project Manager in this challenging yet rewarding role you will provide effective coordination, compliance and supervision of all field work conducted in the designated area of responsibility on all Land & Housing contract properties in relation to the contract KPIs of timeliness, planned works delivery, quality, and HSE and call centre targets.

Key responsibilities includes (not limited to): Ensure compliance with Broadspectrum and contract specific quality assurance and safety programs at the same time promoting a continuous improvement philosophy. Communicate with staff and subcontractors to ensure that they are kept informed of any issues relating to contract performance and compliance. Identification, supervision and day-to-day control of subcontractors, including performance monitoring and recommendations on work allocation.

Contribute to the successful delivery of Tenant Participation programs, Aboriginal Participation programs and Apprenticeship programs by providing guidance, support, technical advice and reporting. Ensure that work site instructions are followed including Risk Assessments, Job Analysis, Hazard Identification, and In Process Inspections. Ensure all works are being carried out as required by contract specification and appropriate standards/ building codes.

Coordinate resources including both manpower and equipment to achieve contract objectives. Coordinate delivery of projects to comply with and achieve the Key Performance Indicators of the contract. Complete the weekly supervisor KPI report and other reports as requested within the required timeframes.

Must have: Relevant Trade Qualification Valid Driver’s License Skills & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have relevant experience in building inspection, construction site management/inspection or quality inspection in the facilities management industry. You must have strong experience managing subcontractors and trades staff. Salary: $88,000 Total Package (Includes Base, $6K Company Supplied Motor Vehicle/For Business Use Only and Superannuation).
