At Immanuel Gardens Aged Care, you will feel peace of mind with personalised care provided in pleasant surrounds. Letâ€™s talk about the role: As Clinical Nurse you will be responsible for: Providing leadership to clinical and care staff; Overseeing and assisting in delivery of best practice clinical care of residents; Assisting to ensure clinical quality and risk management programs are implemented and followed; Undertaking data collection and ACFI assessments for residents, including the collation of nursing care plans; Supporting consumer participation in decisions consistent with a person centred care model; Participating in on-call support on a rostered basis; Providing education to staff on ACFI assessments. Now letâ€™s talk about you: You will hold unrestricted AHPRA Registration (Nursing) and have experience working within an Aged Care setting.
You will have strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. In addition to your clinical skills, you will be passionate about elder care and will put our residents at the forefront of our operations. Under the guidance and leadership of our successful Care Manager, you will be provided with the development and ability to grow your capabilities and skills further.
