Service Desk Analyst

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team.

The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing front line support to Allity both at our corporate offices and in our Aged Care Homes. Under the guidance of the Service Desk Manager, the Service Desk Analyst will assist to streamline processes and systems to enhance the department efficiency. The position may also require participation in IT projects and day-to-day maintenance responsibilities.

This role will work shifts between 8am - 6pm. Additionally rotational after hours support is required 7 days a week. To be considered for this role you will require: IT related certificate e.

g. Certificate III and above Current valid criminal record check and statutory declaration as appropriate Minimum of 1 year experience in IT Service You will be based with our team at our corporate office in Crows Nest. You will be joining a friendly, happy and innovative team.
