Property Co-ordinator



6 month temporary contract in Parramatta up to $45p/h Your new company Our client is a Government organisation looking for a Property Co-ordinator to work within their division. Providing a high level of support to the Principal Property Manager, you will be responsible for co-ordinating projects, operations, project reports and performance. Your new role - Coordinate and prepare agendas for: committees, forums, stakeholder and user group meetings - Collate and prepare information for monthly financial reports - Provide information on policy, procedure and products to clients and staff - Manage and implement processes for continuous improvement and efficiencies - Provide a full range of administrative functions and support to the corporate property team - Accurate data and system management What you'll need to succeed - Experience in managing and reviewing financial systems for senior management - High attention to detail and organisation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication - High level of confidentiality and discretion in dealing with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to work analytically and research current trends and issues throughout the region What you'll get in return This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your strengths in the public sector.
