L1/L2 Helpdesk Officer

Your new role Reporting in to the Team Leader of the Service Centre, your main responsibility will be to provide administrative and operational IT support services to achieve effective technical solutions with a high level of customer service.
You will provide first line support to all users and escalate any non-resolvable faults to the appropriate person and manage any incidents logged through the service centre system. You will be responsible for support across hardware, software, peripherals, networks and servers and will need to do so with urgency and professionalism. What you'll need to succeed As the successful incumbent you will have previous customer service experience in a high pressure environment, have a demonstrated experience in a technical IT support role, and have the ability to deliver and maintain a strong customer focus dealing with both internal and external customers including during difficult situations.
The ideal candidate will need to be experienced in a Windows environment, have utilised a ticketing system in a prior role/roles, and be familiar with the navigation of Active Directory.
