Your new role Provide exceptional service to customers resolving their enquiries and redirecting calls internally as required Problem solving in a timely and efficient manner ensuring customer satisfaction at all times Taking inbound customer queries as well as making outbound calls when required Working collaboratively to support the achievement of team and organisation goals Proactively managing risk by adhering to all Process and Procedures What you'll need to succeed Passion for providing high quality customer service at all times Strong communication skills, both verbal and written High attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience working in a customer service role is essential and experience working in a contact centre is highly desired What you'll get in return We have multiple opportunities with a variety of start dates across August.
