Your new role Your new company are seeking 3x bubbly Customer Engagement Officers that are comfortable speaking to people from all demographics. This Permanent role will involve initiating calls to Engineers or Practitioners that are members of the organisation as well as communication through multiple platforms. You will be responsible for attending to general customer service enquiries, communication, reporting and Member Service associated Projects.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed you will have; High level customer service experience Outbound contact centre experience Data entry with attention to detail Strong Stakeholder management Ability to build rapport with people from all demographics Strong communication â€“ both written and verbal Drive, motivation and resilience to work toward KPI and targets Strong attention to detail What you'll get in return this assignment is to commence ASAP but start date is flexible if necessary.
