Senior Sales Engineer Job in Western Sydney. $100-110k base (negotiable). Commercial VRF & Projects.

Due to a slight restructure, they are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join their dedicated and ambitious team. Your new role The role will be focused on developing new business through existing and new clients, consisting mostly of contractors and consultants. You'll utilise current relationships to win new projects, and develop those relationships to benefit the company long-term.

You'll inform and educate on the benefits of the product range, and give presentations to drive visibility and understanding. You'll keep abreast of the overall market and identify opportunities to increase market share. And you'll participate in sales forecasting and planning.

What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this key business development role, you'll be experienced in the commercial VRF and Projects industry. You'll have an in depth knowledge of the industry and the various key players. You'll have existing contacts and relationships that you can utilise to develop market share.

You'll be motivated to work with freedom and autonomy with room to implement your own ideas. A mechanical or HVAC related degree would be advantageous.
