On any given day you are likely to be involved in: • Managing and growing your own client portfolio of clients across a variety of industries from SME to global corporate organisations. • Sourcing new candidates via a multitude of channels and conducting thorough interviews • Identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with new clients • Providing excellent service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships • Advising decision makers in organisations to help them achieve their business objectives • Working collaboratively with your team to reach team goals • Handling the job process from beginning to end including short-listing, making expert recommendations and maintaining relationships You may still be building on your skills and experience within finance and / or recruitment, however you’ll be a highly motivated and driven to succeed. You’ll have the ability to influence decisions, be a great relationship builder and want to take control of your career with a market leader.
