Accounts Receivable Jobs Melbourne CBD Your new company Our client is a global commercial real estate firm who are in need of 4 X Accounts Receivable officers to come on board for a minimum of 6 months with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates. Your new role Based in the heart of Melbourne CBD you will be reporting into the Accounts Receivable team leader. This is a very face paced full function AR role.

You will be responsible but limited to: Entering invoices into JD Edwards Preparing monthly invoices Reconcile debtor remittances Update customer POs Ensuring all invoices are paid Daily reporting of aged debtor balance Report daily closing bank balances Assist with end of month and annual financial reporting Bank reconciliation Receipting What you'll need to succeed You will have 2-3 years experience in a similar role ideally within real estate or the property industry. Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills, friendly personality and previous, local experience within a standalone AR position. You will have a strong attention to detail, be client focused and proficient in JD Edwards.
