Looking for an HR administrator to start immediately within government for a temp to perm opportunity This CBD based State Government organisation is seeking an experienced HR Administrator who will be reporting to the manager of People & Culture. The HR Support Officer is required to support and assist all areas of the HR Team and the Manager People and Culture, particularly for administration and project support tasks and activities. The role is required to effectively coordinate and undertake the administrative processes relating to the functions within the People & Culture team as required.
â€¢ Provide project and administration support to the Manager People & Culture and the broader team â€¢ Draft basic presentations, correspondence, memos, reports and documentation as directed by the Manager People & Culture â€¢ Manage the calendar, room bookings and work requirements for the Manager People & Culture â€¢ Providing a point of contact for general HR enquires as required, offering exceptional customer service to all business areas â€¢ Other duties and tasks as required and directed by the Manager People & Culture. â€¢ Undertake administrative tasks associated with state government requirements, Employee Security Checks, phone screenings, induction, setting up eLearning, OHS, preparing documents for Performance Review and document management. â€¢ Undertake purchase order requests, orders for stationary, catering, as well as updating the HR Intranet for the People & Culture Department.
