Global mining company looking for experienced mobilisation administrators to start immediately. Your new company An ASX listed company with several projects located across the globe within mining, this company has become a leader within their field. Your new role As a temporary mobilisation administrator, you will be require to assist the mobilisation and training team during a busy period for the company.
You will be required to mobilise high volumes of blue collar workers to multiple projects every week, which will include arranging flights and accommodation, booking inductions, coordinating medicals and onboarding requirements including PPE and supplies. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in mobilisation of blue collar workforce is essential; Software experience; LMS (Success Factors), SAMS/INX, ERMS, SAP, MS Office Site administration experience is highly desirable Process-orientated, systematic and well-organised Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment Comfortable using multiple systems concurrently What you'll get in return Work with a world-leading mining company in a friendly, supportive environment for an initial 2 month contract with high potential for extension.
