Your new company Exceptional opportunity within a large Government Organisation responsible for managing legal services within NSW. Your new role Manage the property and asset management department Lead Property and Asset management integration Support the development and implementation of infrastructure Provide services and advice to ensure that department requirements are addressed Monitor and review the performance of the property portfolio Actively promote a high quality property portfolio to the department Identify, establish and manage all necessary property management systems Provide accurate property portfolio performance reporting Provides expert professional advice to stakeholders Lead a team of staff to deliver the planning and implementation of programs Ensure the property management function is fully integrated with the property and asset services function What you'll need to succeed Tertiary qualifications in Economics, Law, Property or Town Planning or demonstrated equivalent experience in property management Previous Public Sector Experience is a must Extensive knowledge of property management including leasing, licences, facility utilisation, building principles & standards and environmental and heritage issues Knowledge of government acquisition and disposals processes Demonstrated experience in leading a high performing, customer centric property and asset services department Knowledge of property portfolio management, facility utilisation, space planning requirements What you'll get in return For the right candidate this is a great opportunity to work with a Public Sector Client, offering a diverse range of assets with an impressive Payrates and team to match.
