Work within the Federal Government in a Client Care Consultant job Your New Company Work for a well-respected Government department, their recent growth has created an opportunity in their Client Care team where you will be investigating & logging complaints from people who believe they have been treated unfairly or unreasonably from a public or private sector organisations. Your new role The aim of your role is to resolve complaints impartially, informally and as quickly as reasonably practicable.
