Seeking two Customer Service professionals to work in the government space right in the heart of the CBD Your new company We now have new and exciting opportunities for Customer Service candidates to work for one of our leading client’s right in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. This is a temporary on-going contract full time. Your new role In your role you will be responsible for maximising sales and retention opportunities by identifying customer needs.

You will ensure superior customer service is provided at all times and process policy related transactions efficiently. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you must demonstrate a strong passion for customer service and sales. Proficient computer skills are essential along with strong and effective communication skills.

You will have an ability to work under pressure to meet KPI’s/ targets and be able to work collaboratively within a team environment. What you'll get in return You will receive a competitive hourly rate and work to a rotating roster Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.
