Looking for an experienced administrator with case management experience. We are currently in the process of recruiting on behalf of a well-known federal government department in the CBD. Reporting to the Manager, they will be performing a range of the following duties: Provide administrative support in reviewing and processing claims Registering incoming claims Electronic uploading and distribution of correspondence Assigning documentation to appropriate investigators Liaise with clients, internal and external stakeholders Effectively manage claim caseloads To be successful in this role, they will have proven experience in the following: Previous administrative experience with case management Dedicated to the delivery of excellent customer service, upholding high standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills Strong level of written skills and the ability to communicate professionally Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to contribute to expected outputs The ability to work in a high-pressured environment.
