Multiple positions available for Customer Service professionals in the Gisborne area Our leading client is currently looking for Customer Service experts to join their Motor Services Department on a 3 month contract, based in their Gisborne offices. This role will see you connecting with their existing customers to answer enquiries, understand their needs, find solutions and create additional value in moments that matter. This company takes pride in integrating their contracted team members into their close-knit team.

You will commence an extensive induction program, followed by ongoing training and coaching to ensure you are set up for success. This phone-based position is available to start on the 12 th November. There will be 12 full days training working 8:30am until 4:30pm and then start windows will be 08:00-10:00 Mon – Fri.

Staff will need to be available to start between these times on a rostered basis. While rosters are produced in advance and will have a consistent start time during the week e.g.

one week may be a 8am start Mon-Fri, the following week may be a 10am start. There is no rotating pattern to the rostered start times. Key Accountabilities Answer high volume inbound calls from existing and potential customers who have enquiries regarding motor insurance policies.

Consistently provide a superior customer service experiences for customers Set and manage customer expectations Resolve enquiries in a timely manner Skills & Experience Ideally, you will have worked in a high touch customer service environment (note this is a phone-based role) Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond for customers Willingness to apply feedback and coaching to achieve targets and expectations Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems You will be highly organised and able to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment About the Company This company is a top 20 ASX-listed company with $96 billion in assets.
