Client Services Officer
An excellent opportunity for a Customer Service professional to work int he government space Your New Company Due to their recent growth an opportunity has arisen in this well respected Government department. This role is in their Client Care team where you will be investigating & logging complaints from people who believe they have been treated unfairly or unreasonably from a public or private sector organisation. Your new role The aim of your role is to resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
