Civil Foreman with subdivisions experience is required for a reputable contractor. Excellent culture $$$ Your new company Our client is a civil contractor that have 20 yearsâ€™ experience completing a variety of residential and industrial subdivisions across Victoria. They have an enviable client list that consists of several the top tier property developers and with a strong pipeline of work going into 2019 they are looking for a Civil Foreman with subdivisions experience to join their team.
Your new role As a Civil Foreman your role will be leading a range of subdivision projects across Melbourne and your duties will include: Day to day running of the site ensuring all work is completed to a high standard Ensuring health and safety is maintained to a high standard Organise all employees Successful manage a range of subcontractors Liaise with clients and internal management What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will be experienced in completing residential or industrial experience, if not experience across small roads, earthworks, services, utilities would also be considered. Weâ€™re looking for candidates to possess strong interpersonal skills and those that are both supportive and decisive on site are preferred.
