Multiple opportunities in the Frankston area for Customer Service professionals Your new company Your new company is an organisation with a strong brand presence and excellent market. They’re currently seeking multiple Part Time Customer Service professionals to join their successful and vibrant team as part of their continuing growth and expansion. Your new role Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your responsibilities will be cross trained across multiple channels allowing growth and variety within your role; Providing specialised advice and expertise to customer enquiries regarding billing enquiries, payments, usage, metering and high level fault enquiries Customer Service across multiple touch points i.

e. phones, mail, live web chat, portal, web enquiries and email Adhering to KPIs Rotating roster, 5hrs/day between 8am -6pm, 5 days/week (25 hours/week) Frankston location - parking and train station close by What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role you will have: Customer Service experience (call centre preferred) Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal No holidays within 4 months and must be available to work over Christmas/New year period (excluding public holidays) MUST be able to attend all Training days and available to start November 19, 2018 (training will be the first 3 weeks from this date and each day is mandatory) What you'll get in return In return, you will be part of a supportive and bubbly team, receive competitive hourly pay & benefits as well as progression/Permanent opportunities. You will receive a thorough 6 weeks of training (in total, split 3 weeks at a time) which will include classroom based training and phone jacking (listening on live calls).
