Band 6 Metro Melbourne Statutory Planner job with growth area council, $45 per hour Your new company Based in East Melbourne, this council covers a growing population and a number of large scale developments and urban renewal projects. Your new role You will take on a diverse case load of statutory planning applications and work with colleagues to make sure that developments in the area are processed efficiently and in fitting with planning guidelines.
You will have a major impact on the architecture of the local area and fast track your career in a fast paced but supportive environment. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified town planner (international qualifications will be considered) with suitable rights to work in Australia. Ideally, you will have experience either with a Victorian Council, State Government organisation or a private sector planning firm but as a graduate planner, you will be considered for the role if you are ambitious and a quick learner.
