Your new role The BIM Manager, reporting directly to the Technical Director, will manage the BIM of the Infrastructure and Energy areas of a new railway project in Sydney. The BIM manager should have experience in BIM Methodology to be capabilities to manage a multidisciplinary project. The BIM Manager will define the BIM requirements for all the actors of the project based on the contract and project requirements, protocols and BIM standards.

All working under the Integrated Project Delivery Methodology with BIM. Responsibilities: • Implementation of project BIM. Writing protocols, standards and BIM pre-bid • BIM consultant for all the project actors • Provide Technical assessment and advise to high level board • Control and supervision of federated models in Navisworks and in openBIM platforms • Work with BCF format and supervision flow with Navisworks • Preparation of reports related with BIM What you'll need to succeed • Proven 5 years’ experience in multidisciplinary projects with BIM methodology as BIM Manager • Expert Knowledge in Navisworks Manage, COBie and openBIM • Knowledge of Design, construction and commissioning procedures • Knowledge in Caneco, Infraworks, Civil 3D, Revit (Architecture, Structure y MEP), Openroads, Istram.

4d-5d Programs (Synchro, PowerProject), 7d Programs (Ecodomus, Archibus), Solibri, Dynamo, Revit API, Navisworks API, Python, Aconex.
