CX Specialist required for leading NSW Gov client Your new company You'll be working with an Iconic NSW Gov client who have an exceptional reputation for creating meaningful customer experiences. The client has worked exceptionally hard over the past 5 years to develop their HCD practices which rival some of the best commercial design teams in Australia Your new role Reporting into the CX / Customer Direction Manager, you'll be responsible for the design and implementation for both medium and long-term CX strategies and methodologies. You'll be expected to engage and manage stakeholders, whilst managing risks, issues and opportunities related to the CX strategy and roadmap.
What you'll need to succeed You'll have a proven track record of creating meaningful Customer Experiences through analytical and strategic thinking. You should also be an expert in; Customer Journeys, HCD process and stakeholder engagement.
