An exciting opportunity has arisen for one of our leading clients in the St Kilda area. Your new company We now have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Service professional to work for one of our leading client’s. This is a full time temporary position to cover the Christmas period however there may be an opportunity to have the contract extended into the New Year.

Your new role You will be responsible for booking appointments with patients into this professional Age Care facility. Your clients will have been referred and using the information from the data base you will be responsible for reaching out to the elderly and booking them in for a site tour. This role would involve professionally handling high volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.

You will also be required to provide the highest level of service on every call and create positive outcomes for both the customer and the company. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will have the following skills/ experience; Strong computer literacy skills Proven experience in a Customer Service role previously Self-motivation with an ability to use initiative Excellent rapport building skills Good resilience Attention to detail Adapt to new business environments easily What you'll get in return In this role you will be offered an excellent hourly rate. You will work to a rotating roster Monday to Friday – standard business hours.
