Document Controller job at an Engineering company in Melbourne's West Your new company Your new company have a progressive approach in the market and work on big infrastructure projects in Melbourne. They are currently in a period of growth, and looking for Document Controllers to join their team.

Your new role As the Document Controller you will coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure including: Input document data into the in-house database system ensuring that the information is accurate and up-to-date Generate various document control reports as required Type documents and follow-up all project needs Maintain the files and control logs as required by standards Meet deadlines & deliver quality documents Liaise with other document controllers and engineers to ensure the document control procedure runs smoothly This position is scheduled for up to 12 months. What you'll need to succeed To be successful for this role, you must have experience with Document Control. Ideally, you will have a background in Construction or Engineering.

You must be able to work well within a team as communication in this role is critical for the document process to run smoothly.
