Assist Potential Students in matching them with the right course working for a well respected company Your new company My client requires a flexible, customer service focused individual to work in their Frankston branch. Their recent increase success has created a new vacancy for a Sales Coordinator to join their Sales department. Your new role you will be working in a fast paced working environment dealing with potential students over the phone and face to face.
Daily you will be required to consultant potential students, understand their ambitions and match their needs to a course. You will need to be flexible working Monday to Fridays on a rotating roster between 8am â€“ 8pm and assist on some Saturdays when required. What you'll need to success Strong Customer Service focused Sales experience â€“ in order to increase enrollment strong verbal and written communication skills Contact centre experience High volume inbound call experience Be comfortable working to KPIs Happy to get a WWCC & PC What you'll get in return you will be working for a respected education providing, in a fulfilling role.
