Your new role As the Manager of Roads, Fleet and Waste, you will foster and develop a culture of service excellence. You will be responsible for Road Maintenance and Footpaths, Fleet and Waste.
Day to day activities will include: Overseeing three unit managers to ensure they are supported in their tasks and provide assistance with escalated matters Work to build a positive culture amongst the teams that is in line with Morelandâ€™s values Provide strategic guidance to ensure service levels are being met internally and by contractors, as well as keep up to date with industry standards. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have a formal qualification in Civil Engineering and demonstrated experience in a leadership/management position. Furthermore, you will possess a high technical aptitude and have worked with teams that have undergone a period of change.
