Multiple positions available for Customer Service professionals to work in the Government space Customer Service Officer Multiple inbound customer service roles with a local government organisation based in Kew. Your new company This state government organisation is seeking experienced customer service individuals to work in their head office at Kew. Due to the continually busy environment, a position has arisen for 8 experienced customer service professionalâ€™s to join their evolving team.
Your new role In this role you will be answering inbound calls from customers regarding licensing, registrations and general transactions. You will have the chance to work in a fast paced environment as a highly valued member of the customer service team. You will have the ability to work flexible hours on a rotational roster and being available to work up to 5 days a week.
What you'll need to succeed You will have previous customer service, call centre or retail experience and a genuine interest in resolving customers queries Ability to learn legislation quickly â€“ as you will be providing customers with a wide range of information on registration and licensing services Excellent attention to detail You will be technically savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday-Friday) You must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen to be considered for this position as this contract may be extended What you'll get in return You will receive classroom based training at the head office in Kew and on-the-job support Excellent hourly pay rate Energetic and fun work environment The opportunity to grow and develop your career What you need to do now If you are interested in this role please click 'apply now' online.
