Rig Electrician



Multiple Rig Electricians are required for exciting projects across Australia on FIFO roster ex Adelaide. Your new company Due to a newly awarded drilling contact, this well-established international oil and gas company is looking for experienced Rig Electricians to join their operation and work FIFO rosters across Australia. Your new role Reporting to the Rig Manager you will be required perform scheduled preventative maintenance and breakdown maintenance on the Oil and Gas Drill Rigs in remote Gas fields.

You will be responsible for all electrical systems on the drilling rig, camp facility and ensuring that all electrical systems, plant and equipment is safe and complies with relevant standards and codes What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in electrical field Permit to Work Holder Rev 3 ISI - Industry Safety Induction Senior First Aid w/ CPR 4x4 Operate Vehicles in the Field Breathing Apparatus Confined Space Training Gas Testing and Monitoring Hazard Recognition Program/JSA Hazardous Area Electrical Training Low Voltage Rescue Trade Certificate Electrician Working at Heights ticket What you'll get in return The is a fantastic opportunity to join this professional company on a permanent basis with advance training opportunities and great career progression opportunities.
