Job for Centre Manager with excellent childcare organisation. This with purpose built beautiful centres with natural resources and open spaces for children to play and explore.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Director to lead a start-up centre, build strong positive links with the community and be an integral part of deciding the centres philosophies and team culture. Your new role You will be responsible for running the day to day operations of the centre ensuring high quality care for the children in your service. You will be available to lead and support your team of staff from organising staff rosters to providing training, creating the centres QIP and guiding educators with policies and procedures.

You will maintain the strong positive relationships with the community, welcoming families, leading tours and building occupancy. This company provides excellent support through an experienced Area Manager and passionate owner.
