Motor and Property claims consultant positions now available in Melbourne CBD Your new company The client, an insurance provider in Melbourne CBD are looking for candidates to provide excellent customer service in their major events team. This opportunity will provide you with excellent experience all while working for a leading insurance company. Your new role: Handling property or motor claims in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring the claim is completed to the highest standard A temporary contract beginning on 3rd January 2019 – duration of contract is flexible, but with the possibility to be 2-3 months A rotating roster between 8am and 8pm Monday – Friday with the flexibility to work some Saturday’s You will receive on the job training What you’ll need to succeed: Previous customer service experience is essential Contact centre experience is desired but not essential To be fully-flexible for 2-3 months from 3rd January 2019 Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office Have the ability to build rapport with customers and to use your own initiative What you’ll get in return: Great start date – right after Christmas A competitive hourly rate An opportunity to work for a newly based organisation within Melbourne What you need to do now We’re looking for the right people for this role, so please apply online for consideration, click 'apply now' or forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to Gary.
