Administrative Support â€“ Breast Service
46 hours Part Time Fixed Term position (12 months) Newly created position Support Breast CNCs and the Breast Service staff The purpose of this role is that the Administrative Support is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Breast CNCs and the Breast Service staff. The role involves coordination of the Nurse-let Clinic (NLC) Survivorship and Shared Care programs in collaboration with the CNCs and data manager, and additionally encompasses a broad range of individual functions that are essential to support the smooth running of the Unit. About You: Perform directed tasks at a high level Have excellent time management skills Capable of excellent telephone technique and communications and be able to prioritise.
The Administrative Support will have an understanding of Melbourne Health Policy and Procedures, and will interact professionally with a wide range of people within the Unit and Division, across Melbourne Health and where appropriate external to the organization.
