HR Advisor About the company: Our client is an Australian owned company within the heavy industries sector. About the role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor support the HRM and team in designing and managing the framework, policies and practices, developing wage budget and defining the employee value proposition. Duties: Manage the remuneration and benefits framework, policies and practices to include critical assessment of data inputs, completion of salary surveys, position benchmarking, analysis of market practices Support the team in remuneration advice and delivery of the annual, mid-term and ad-hoc salary and incentive review Develop salary and wage budget to support the overall Business strategy Have the ability and willingness to act as back up payroll support for leave coverage.
Skills & Experience: Collaborative, commercial and results driven individual Qualifications in Human Resources or extensive industry experience Previous experience in a remuneration function, designing, implementing and managing a Remuneration and Benefits framework A proven ability to work with key stakeholders; build trusted relationships; Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to convey complex issues in simple terms Ability to consider continuous improvement, identify creative solutions and be outcome focused Culture: Value driven team culture, focused on continuous innovation and creating a positive, flexible and driven work environment.
